Returns Policy

At Tantrum Trades, we stand by our gear. If something isn’t right, here’s how returns work.

🔁 Change of Mind Returns

We offer change of mind returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

All original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact

Proof of purchase is required

Change of mind returns do not apply to:

Clearance or sale items

Used or worn items

Items damaged after delivery

Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

❌ Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

A brief description of the issue

Clear photos of the item

If the issue is confirmed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

🛠 Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

A replacement or refund for a major failure

Repair or replacement if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure

We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions

Once received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed

Please allow 5–7 business days for returns to be processed once received.

💳 Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Please allow:

3–5 business days for refunds to appear (depending on your bank)

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

⚠️ Wear & Tear Disclaimer

Normal wear and tear, misuse, or failure to follow care instructions are not considered faults and are not covered under this policy.
